Do I really get the whole product for free?

Yes. Inventory tracking, AI recipes, macro logging, and training-day adjustments are free forever for personal use. Premium adds household sharing, periodised training blocks, and priority support — that part is optional.

How does the AI know what is in my fridge?

You tell it once — by scanning a barcode, snapping a photo of a label, or tapping items from a smart search. From there we track quantities and expiry. The AI never sees your fridge unless you log what is inside.

Will it work for my diet — vegan, gluten-free, no fish?

Yes. Set restrictions, dislikes, and allergies once during onboarding. Every suggested recipe respects them. You can also pin favourite ingredients or block any you hate (cilantro, we see you).

Is this another calorie-counting app in disguise?

No. Macros update from the meals you cook — not estimates you type into a form. The goal is one good meal per day, made from what you already own. No streaks, no shame, no green-juice sermons.

Can I use it without scanning anything?

Absolutely. The fastest path is a quick manual list of what you have — it takes about 90 seconds. Scanning is a power-user feature for when you do a big shop.

What happens to my data?

Your inventory, meal log, and goals are yours. We do not sell it. You can export everything from settings, or delete your account in two clicks. Full details in our privacy policy.
